关于涉及注册商标的流程如下：
如果是公司注册，需要提供贵公司的营业执照的复印件，以后在商标注册申请书中也需要公司的签字盖章。如果个人申请，需要提供个人的身份证复印件。
1、 商标局查询：从客户将资料递交给维坤公司之日计算，文字：1个工作日， 图案：2个工作日。
（客户提供：文字或图案样式以及注册的类别，可通过FAX或Email的方式告知；支付查询费－文字免费，图形200元/次。）
（客户获得：由维坤公司出具的《查询通知书》，或非书面形式通知客户查名结果。）
2、 正式向国家商标局寄交材料：3个工作日
（客户提供：填写《商标注册申请书》《商标申请代理协议书》；支付代理费。）
（客户获得：维坤公司商标负责人的递交回复电话，国家商标局并无任何书面资料提供。）
3、获得国家商标局的受理许可：6个月以内
（客户提供：无）
（客户获得：国家商标局的《受理通知书》，或是《商标注册部分驳回通知书》。）
?《受理通知书》仅表明商标注册申请已被商标局受理，并不表明该申请已被核准。
?商标注册申请被驳回的，如果对驳回决定不服，申请人可以自收到驳回通知之日起15日内向国家工商行政管理总局商标评审委员会申请复审。
4、最终许可：至少36个月。

（客户获得：国家商标局的《商标注册证》。）
需要注意的问题：
一、 商标从申请到核准注册至少需要3年时间。申请后如果被驳回，一方面损失商标注册费，另一方面重新申请注册还需要时间，而且再次申请能否被核准注册仍然出于未知状态。因此建议客户在申请之前尽量查名。
二、 如果客户想注册的是组合商标，即：在商标中有文字和图案的结合，我们一般建议客户将文字和图案分别进行查询。虽然客户对一个组合商标，支付了两种查询费，但得到的结果却是最完整的，也就能够分别看出在“文字”和“图案”两个方面有哪些已注册商标与其相似，从而在最大程度上保证商标被国家受理，而不发生交了注册费后三个月后被驳回，损失金额更高的注册费的情况。
三、 如果客户注册的是文字，请提供文字的字体。如果不提供，我们将以最普通的宋体来进行注册。这样的结果是，其他人无法再以各种字体注册此文字商标，但国家也要求客户在广泛的范围内使用此字体来描述此文字。
一件商标申请，如果在必经程序中非常顺利，正常程序需要36个月左右；但如果该申请在审查过程中出现商标局核发补正通知或审查意见书的、或者已经进入特别程序（如被他人异议、被驳回后申请复审等）的，则需要3-4年或更长一些时间。
以上请参考确认！
付款需注意的问题：
一、 一般注册商标先查询，查询费是图形300元/次，文字免费。此费用和注册费分开计算。
二、 一个商标的注册费用为1800元RMB。其中1100元为政府收费，包括了在一个商标大类中10个小类的注册（即6位数编号的小类）；700元为本公司的代理服务费。如果客户需注册的商标跨大类别，每跨一个大类，视同注册一个新商标。即1800元×n个＝注册费。外国人注册商标的费用为2200元/个/类别。
三、 其中政府收取的1100元费用包括了一个大类的10个小类注册，如果客户在一个类别中想注册超过10个的小类别，每增加一个类别，政府多收取100元RMB。本公司代理费不变。
四、 1800元的注册费用支付的时间为，在商标通过国家商标局查询，并未发现有相似的情况下，一次性支付。

The Notification of Trademark Registration in China v.1.08

The procedure of trademark registration is as follows:
In the case of company registration, photocopy of your business license is to be supplied. Signature and company seal are necessary for the application of trademark registration later. In the case of person application, the photocopy of passport is necessary.
1. Checking by State Mark Office: from the date after customers hand over the data to Wecome: 1 working day for words; 2 working days for designs。
*The customer is to supply words or designs and category for registration, which can be through fax or email and effect the payment of service charges thereon.
*The customer is to obtain a Checking Notice issued by Wecome or the checking results in non-writing form.
2. Formal submission of data to the State Trademark Office: 1 working day.
*The customer is to fill in the Application for Trademark Registration and sign the Agent Agreement of Trademark Application and effect the payment of service charges thereon.
*The customer is to obtain a telephone call of the executive in charge of trademark of Wecome informing the submission and there is no data in writing from the State Trademark Office.
3. Obtaining the acceptance license from the State Trademark Office: 6 months.
*The customer is to supply nothing.
*The customer is to obtain the Acceptance Notice or Notice of Partial Reject of Trademark Registration of the State Trademark Office.
? The Acceptance Notice only confirms that the trademark application has been accepted by the Trademark Office and dose not mean that it has been examined and approved.
? Should the customer have objections to the reject of the Trademark Office, the applicant may apply to the Trademark Assessment Commission of the State Administration of Industry and Commerce for reexamination within 15 days after the date of the reject.
4. Final License: 36months.
*The customer is to supply nothing.
*The customer is to obtain Trademark Registration Certificate of the State Trademark Office.
Points for Attention:
1. It takes at least 3 years from application to registration. Should the application be rejected, the service charges will be lost on the one hand and on the other hand, it takes longer for reaplying for the registration and it remains unknown whether the application can be approved or not. Therefore, it is suggested that the customers should check and clarify all the fact beforehand.
2. In the case of a combined trademark, i.e. a combination of words and designs, we would suggest that the customers should check the words and designs separately. Although the customers have to pay for both of the checking, the results are complete, which offer better opportunity to identify the similar registered trademarks both in words and designs in order to ensure the registration of the trade mark, without being rejected 3 months after paying the registration charges and losing more money.
3. Should the customer intend to register for words, please supply the font of words. Otherwise, we will handle the registration in Song Font most commonly used in China, which will lead to the failure of others to register in other fonts. However, the state also requires the customers to use such font to illustrate the words in an extensive range.
If everything goes smoothly in the compulsory process, a trademark registration is normally to be completed in 36 months. However, if revision notice or examination comment is issued by the Trademark Office in the process of examination, or the application has entered a special procedure (such as under reexamination after being objected or rejected etc.), it will take 3-4 years or even longer. Please take it carefully with reference to the above information!
Notice for payment:
1、In the common situation, the check fee is200RMB/ graphics. This fee is not including with registration fee.
2、One Trade mark registration fee is 1800RMB. The 1100RMB is government fee (Including 10 small classes—means 6 serial numbers); the 700RMB is our company agent fee. If customer needs register TM over one big class, more big class, more 1800RMB. If applier is foreigner, the TM registration fee is 2200RMB/big class.
3、The 1100RMB is government fee included 10 small classes. If customer wants to register more than 10 small classes, he must pay 100RMB for every single small class that he wants to add. Our company agent fee will be not change.
