外资贸易类公司办理程序及费用
一、所需材料如下：
1.Two certificate of legal operation (transcript) issued by the competent authority of the country where the enterprise is located; Notarizing this certification at the China Embassy /Consulate in local(If the investor is a enterprise);
2.One copy of identification card (or passport) of the legal representative of the investors
3.One original of credit worthiness of the investors issued by the foreign bank
4.Three originals of the resolution of the board of directors of the enterprise
5.One investor application and company introduction
6.The passport or ID card (copy) and 6 passport-size photos of the legal representative of the Shanghai company
7.Three originals appointment of the executive director in Shanghai company
8.Three originals appointment of the supervior in Shanghai Compnay
9.Three originals power of attorney to someone signing in China (if no such attorney, no need to submit)
10.One copy of lease contract of the office and the title deed
11.One original of financial statement (if the company has established more than one year, the statement needs to submit)
12.One imports and exports list ( no need to submit if the company doesn’t import and export)
13.Three originals consignment agreement to consign our company to handle the formalities
